| 内容記述 | 今回の事例からはそれぞれの保育施設ができる範囲で食環境を工夫していることが分かった。保育施設において，子どもたちが野菜や果物を栽培し，収穫する体験や水産物の捕獲体験，それらを調理し，素材のうまみを味わうといった体験は，身近な自然が失われつつある現代においてはより意義あるものと考えられる。 また，日々の食事内容を子どもたちが自分で考え，選択できる力を培うことは生涯に渡っての健康教育でもあると考える。そのため，視覚教材として，さまざまな食材の図鑑や写真，栄養素などが描かれた教材の掲示なども食環境として推奨したい。 |

| 内容記述 | Based on this case study, we found that many childcare facilities have developed their own food environment as much as possible. In today’s world, children’s experiences at these facilities—growing and harvesting fruits and vegetables, catching aquatic creatures, and cooking and tasting the results—is considered especially meaningful. We believe that encouraging children to think about and choose their own meals is an essential part of lifelong health education. Therefore, we recommend using visual aids, such as illustrated books, pictures, and nutrient charts, to enhance the food environment. |
